•Director of Career Development

The Price Career Center at the University of Oklahoma is seeking a Director of Career Development to lead strategic planning, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative office culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in career services or a related area, with strong relationship management and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic planning for student-facing career services and advising
• Collaborate with Career Center leadership to create a seamless student experience
• Serve as a strategic decision-maker and key contributor to the mission and direction of the Career Center
• Evaluate and refine career initiatives using benchmarking data and student engagement metrics
• Represent the Career Center in public speaking engagements and university / community functions
