Human Resources Manager – Multi-Location Restaurant Group

Minneapolis, MN (with travel to Dallas, TX as needed – approximately 25%)

Are you a people-first HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment? We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our culture, developing our people, and driving operational excellence across multiple Food & Beverage locations in Minneapolis and Dallas.

As the HR Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to restaurant leadership—guiding everything from recruitment and onboarding to training, employee relations, and compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to build high-performing teams, foster engagement, and ensure our people practices support the success of every location.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions and support hourly hiring initiatives.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and professional development programs that set employees up for success.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, Minnesota, and Texas labor laws as well as company policies.
  • Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and reporting accuracy.
  • Champion employee engagement and recognition programs that strengthen team culture.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Travel to Dallas locations as needed (approximately 25% travel).

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-unit operations.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, MN, and Texas labor laws and HR compliance.
  • HRIS system experience and proficiency with HR technology.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
