BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Sr. HR Generalist for an opportunity at Faribault, MN Location! Position Title : Sr. HR Generalist Location : Faribault, MN Anticipated Start Date : 10 / 28 / 2025 Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. Expected Duration : Full Time Job Type : Full Time - Direct Hire Salary Range : $75,000 - $90,000 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key responsibilities :

• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across departments.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, offer letters, onboarding, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist managers with performance evaluations and new hire check-ins.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and classifications.
• Facilitate annual performance reviews and merit increases.
• Support disciplinary actions and terminations with fairness and consistency.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities.
• Respond to employee questions and support managers during new hire integration.
• Provide guidance on benefits and respond to related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records (new hires, terminations, status changes).
• Train site leadership on HR policies to ensure compliance.
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when needed.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace experience.
• Collaborate with HR teams across other client sites as needed.
