What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of the accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting areas for OKX LATAM
• Prepare financial statements for external audits, regulatory reporting / inquiries, and management reporting
• Implement a month closing process for the local entity and integrate the close with the consolidated group
• Adopt the consolidated group's cost management system and localize it for specific requirements
• Oversee the accounts payable process and all company operating expenses
• Lead the local OKX financial statements audit
• Establish internal controls around financial reporting
• Develop effective and automated processes for financial reporting and analytics
• Support navigation of the regulatory landscape by monitoring and adapting to evolving reporting requirements and tax mandates across jurisdictions in the LATAM region

The salary range for this position is $143,111 to $257,599. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long‑term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
