$119,820–$142,836 annual salary (Non-Bay Area)

$132,084-$157,464 annual salary (Bay Area)

In This Position, You Will

Provide primary care for patients with both chronic and acute conditions

Educate patients in self-care, wellness, and symptom and disease management

Perform disease prevention and infection prevention / control activities

To qualify for this role, you must have possession of a current license as a Registered Nurse in California.
