As HR Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to employees and leaders within field operations and sales, driving HR strategies that support business success and employee growth.

This position is based onsite five days a week in our corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD . We welcome applicants from across the Baltimore / DC metro area including Maple Lawn, Columbia, Laurel, Bowie, Odenton, Crofton, Hanover, and other surrounding areas.

What You'll Do :

  • Partner with business leaders to align on compensation, compliance, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth new-hire experience.
  • Foster positive employee relations , building trust and credibility while balancing business needs and mitigating risk.
  • Lead fair and timely workplace investigations and recommend resolutions aligned with company policies and practices.
  • Execute HR programs and initiatives , including policy development, employee engagement, recognition, DE&I, and ESG efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
  • Promote employee growth and retention by supporting development resources, training opportunities, and career pathways.

What We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor’s degree required with major concentration in HR or business-related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in core Human Resources, Talent Management and / or or Talent Acquisition
  • 3+ years in HR client support
  • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such a UKG, ADP, or similar systems
  • Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed client groups
  • Change management experience
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build partnerships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • A strong sense of urgency and responsiveness with the flexibility to address critical HR matters beyond standard office hours

    The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. The final offer will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, and certifications. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes health insurance, Paid time off, and a 401(k) with a company match.
