Senior Digital Marketing Manager
to build and scale a digital marketing ecosystem. As a key architect of our digital presence, youll lead the charge in designing and executing data-driven strategies that engage surgeons, hospital executives, staff, patients, and partners. What youll do :
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO / SEM, paid social, email, display, and web optimization
Build targeted campaigns for key audiences, leveraging marketing automation to personalize journeys
Define KPIs, lead analytics, and optimize campaigns through A / B testing and data insights
Manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with commercial and product goals
Lead SEO / SEM initiatives to boost search performance and ROI on paid campaigns
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to align strategies
What were looking for :
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
57+ years of digital marketing experience (medical device, healthcare, or tech preferred)
Proven success building and scaling digital strategies that drive measurable results
Strong expertise in SEO / SEM, paid social, email marketing, and website optimization
Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot), and marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
