$70,000 $110,000+ per year (Hourly + OT + Bonuses)

We're looking for solid techs who can handle themselves in the field, keep systems running, and grow fast with a team that has your back.

Why This Role Matters
You'll be the go-to for HVAC service calls, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and light repairs across a wide range of commercial equipment. We're not looking for entry-level. This role is for technicians who know their tools, understand the systems, and want a place to get even better.
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and service rooftop units, walk-ins, reach-ins, and make-up air systems
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app
- Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory
- Collaborate with senior techs when needed
