Job description45-3 : 45 or 9 : 45-5 : 45 shifts. This educator would help lead this classroom teaching team in providing child supervision, curriculum planning, assessment, parent communication, and ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols. The Tobin School offers 4 early childhood classrooms in our climate controlled building with beautiful outside play spaces and an indoor gross motor room. The Tobin School, is an NAEYC accredited program offering school-year, school-day and full-day programs for Preschool up to JrK. Summer work is available at our Summer at Tobin Jr. program. The Tobin School has an excellent reputation in our area, and are also a Boston Parent's Paper Family Favorite seven years in a row! The Tobin School provides a variety of experiences and activities designed to encourage children to learn about themselves, their friends, and their surroundings through small and large group experiences, quiet times and active play, as well as indoor and outdoor activities. Successful applicants must have EEC Lead Preschool Teacher certification, and have early childhood teaching experience. A degree in early childhood or related field is highly valued. Paid 1 / 2 hour break on work days over 6 hours 401K with employer match Children transition as a class annually Stand alone classrooms don't combine in morning and afternoon Paid Time off benefits increase with longevity Paid days during school wide closure week Children enrolled for 5 day schedules only We put the needs of the children first!! Competitive hourly rate based on education and experience. Pay range : $21.00-$27.00 per hour. Job Description :
- The Tobin School in Natick is seeking a full-time Teacher for our Jr.
- Kindergarten Full Day teaching team.
- Jr Kindergarten is a class for children who have had a year of PreK and miss the public-school Kindergarten cutoff, or who choose to take an extra year.
- It's a wonderful chance to take advantage of what is an extra year for these children; building on what they already have learned and taking them as far as they can go!
This full-time Lead Teacher will work with another creative, professional early childhood teacher, and an afternoon assistant. This is a full time positions at 40 hours per week position with 8 hour shifts, with a half hour paid break with a varied schedule of 7 :
