TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Portland, Oregon, 97227!

$2,839 per week

About The Position

Job Title : Case Management RN

Profession : Registered Nurse

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 07 : 00 - 17 : 30

Experience : 2 years required

License : Oregon State License or proof of Oregon license application required

Certifications : BLS, CCM preferred

Must-Have : Epic experience required for RNs

Description :

The Case Management RN will work four 10-hour shifts from Wednesday to Saturday.

The shift hours are 07 : 00 to 17 : 30.

Weekend coverage is required on a normal Saturday shift.

No on-call duty is required.

This position is open to first-time travelers.

Travelers must complete any assigned education within the first week of the assignment.

Clinicians are expected to float within the scope to meet facility needs.

Refusing to float as requested may result in cancellation of the contract.

Local candidates are not accepted.

Candidates cannot live within 50 miles of any facility.

Finalized requests for time off must be included with submission.

No requests for time off are permitted during the first week of the start date.

No more than seven days of time off are allowed per assignment.

Personnel may be mandatorily canceled one shift per pay period without cause or penalty.

This position takes place in an acute care hospital setting.

The hospital is a teaching facility and has Level I trauma designation.

The total number of staffed beds is 554.

Scrubs or business casual attire are required for case managers.

Per submission requirements, a reference from a charge, supervisor, or manager is needed.

Background checks are required with no felony convictions.

A one-year separation rule applies for return staff.

Pre-start modules and other skills testing are non-billable.

Modules completed during orientation will be billable.

The RN will be required to complete an EPIC Test Out Module.

If the RN does not pass, an eight-hour training course will be assigned as an alternative.
