A company is looking for a Consultant, Customer Information Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects to deliver analytic and operational capabilities and solutions

Lead the development of business processes and system requirements

Coordinate efforts of Business Subject Matter Experts and ensure stakeholder needs are documented

Required Qualifications

Post graduate studies preferred

Typically 5 or more years of experience in data warehousing and statistical analysis

Expert knowledge in computer-based analytical tools and business intelligence applications

Experience working with large customer databases and identifying trends

Proficiency in developing ad hoc queries using SQL
