Grant Writer

A company is looking for a Grant Writer to support Native American tribes with grant applications for EPA solid waste infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach Native American tribes interested in EPA solid waste infrastructure grants

Assist tribes with grant writing and application processes to ensure compliance with requirements

Manage multiple grant writing projects while providing regular updates to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in grant writing, particularly with federal and state grants

Familiarity with Native American tribes and their governance structures

Strong storytelling skills for crafting compelling grant proposals

Experience working with EPA or similar government agency grants preferred

Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision
