Interventional Pain Management Physician

Kreate Talent is partnering with a premier interventional pain management practice in Southwest Florida. Established over two decades ago, this organization provides advanced, minimally invasive treatments designed to relieve chronic pain and improve patients' quality of life. The practice combines high-volume procedural care with compassionate patient management and is known for exceptional outcomes and a strong reputation in the community.

Locations : Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Englewood (clinic only) and Port Charlotte, FL

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary : Up to $500,000 annually , based on experience and schedule
• Bonus Potential : $50,000+ annually
• Insurance : Health, vision, dental, and long-term disability (LTD)
• Retirement : 401(k) with employer match starting at 3.5%
• Paid Time Off : 20 days of PTO + 6 paid holidays
• CME Reimbursement : Up to $3,000 annually
