Interventional Pain Management Physician
Kreate Talent is partnering with a premier interventional pain management practice in Southwest Florida. Established over two decades ago, this organization provides advanced, minimally invasive treatments designed to relieve chronic pain and improve patients' quality of life. The practice combines high-volume procedural care with compassionate patient management and is known for exceptional outcomes and a strong reputation in the community.
Locations : Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Englewood (clinic only) and Port Charlotte, FL
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary : Up to $500,000 annually , based on experience and schedule
- Bonus Potential : $50,000+ annually
- Insurance : Health, vision, dental, and long-term disability (LTD)
- Retirement : 401(k) with employer match starting at 3.5%
- Paid Time Off : 20 days of PTO + 6 paid holidays
- CME Reimbursement : Up to $3,000 annually

Work Week : Monday through Friday, flexible hoursLifestyle Balance : No call, no nights, no weekendsOffice Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday through FridayIncludes 30-minute lunch and 30-minute administrative / dashboard time daily3–5 procedure days per weekAverage 40–55 cases per 8-hour dayProcedures performed under both local and general anesthesiaClinic Days : Remaining days dedicated to new patient consultations and follow-up visitsSupport Team : Full clinical staff including RNs, CRNAs, MEDI Techs, CNAs, and mid-level providersProcedures and Treatments :
Nerve Blocks, Epidurals, and Joint InjectionsBNB (Brachial / Peripheral Nerve Blocks)RF Ablation (Radiofrequency Ablation) – 3 slots allottedKyphoplasty / Hyperplasty – spinal procedures1–2 hours per vertebra; complex cases up to 6 hoursMILD (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression)Intracept and Joint FusionsPractice Environment : Fully equipped MEDI Level L3 practiceQualifications :
Active and unrestricted Florida Medical LicenseBoard Certified in Pain Medicine (ABPM or ABIPP)Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine FellowshipResidency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or NeurologyMinimum of 10 years of private practice experience with a proven operating room backgroundProficiency in performing advanced interventional pain proceduresPrior experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR systemIf you're seeking a high-performing environment where your expertise makes a tangible difference, this opportunity offers the autonomy, volume, and professional support to excel.
