Job Description :
- The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the organization to patients, providing support during their visit and ensuring a positive experience.
- The entry-level PSR I greets patients, answers questions with compassion, maintains the waiting area and assists when other phlebotomists are unavailable. This role will receive phlebotomy training to support career growth.
- The PSR I interacts directly with patients, helping them understand what to expect during their visit and ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and a high standard of customer care.
- This role is essential for maintaining an organized and welcoming lobby environment.
- Under supervisor direction, the PSR I performs daily activities accurately, maintains a safe and professional environment, completes required documentation and promotes a positive image to patients, clients and staff.
Requirement / Must Have :
bility to assist patients with care and compassion during check-in using a kiosk or handheld tablet.Willingness to learn phlebotomy skills and assist when coverage is needed.bility to perform specimen collection and processing duties once trained.High level of customer service skills required.Experience :
Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience required.Keyboard and data entry experience required.No prior phlebotomy experience required.Responsibilities :
