Job Title : Sales Engineer

Summary : A driven and motivated Sales Engineer to join our sales team, working alongside the Territory District Manager to grow business with existing customers and develop new business opportunities by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the District Manager with solution selling prospect accountbase
- Partner with the sales team to plan, prepare, and execute sales strategy for the territory.
- Successfully matched customer requirements to proposed product solutions.
- Demonstrate and communicate the uniqueness of the value position of the entire product line
- Sells directly and through appointed distribution, the entire product line within the assigned territory as established by management.
- Follows up on leads generated through central marketing activity as well as those generated independently such as through cold calls and telemarketing.
- Meets or exceeds sales volume quotas for direct and indirect sales turnover.
- Monitors sales within assigned territories and reports on progress, orders, representative information, and other data as established by management.
- Provides first-line technical support on issues about all equipment sold or previously installed within the specified territory.
- Identifies new sales opportunities within the territory and exploits each fully.
- Produce weekly activity reports and monthly reports
- Maintain and update CRM with activity and demonstration reports.
- Installs and trains customers on all equipment and ensures Representatives / Agents are qualified to install and train on equipment sold by themselves.
- Oversee inventory issued directly to themselves and the Representatives under their control.
