Job description

Overview

Join to apply for the Private Investigator role at Lemieux & Associates . Lemieux & Associates is a national leader in the investigative industry, seeking experienced surveillance field investigators in the Helena or surrounding area. This is a part-time position to start with the potential to become full-time for the right individual.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed accurate reports
  • Ability to shoot steady, HD quality video
  • Conduct fixed and mobile surveillance
  • Make positive identification of subjects
  • Confirm the location of subjects
  • Must have the personal pride to get your work product in on time

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Previous Private Investigation surveillance experience
  • Licensed by the State of Montana as a Private Investigator and reside in the Helena or surrounding area
  • If you are not licensed and do not have experience, please do not apply
  • Submit your resume and complete the questionnaire; incomplete questionnaires will not be accepted
  • Must be willing to travel as necessary
  • Strong computer and Internet skills; possess a valid state-issued driverssed license; possess a reliable vehicle, digital camera and computer with Windows OS, Microsoft Word and Internet connection
  • Ability to conduct written and recorded statements (a plus)
  • Competitive starting pay; Travel time compensation; Report writing compensation

    • Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience SIU / Claims investigations (preferred but not required)
  • Bi-lingual (a plus)
  • Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field (a plus)
  • Ability to photograph evidence (e.g., accident scenes, vehicle damage)

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Salary : $20 - $30 per hour. Full-time positions offer Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays.
