Description : Job Summary :

The Hose Assembler is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing industrial hoses according to company specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety protocols. Essential Job Functions :

• Assemble hoses in small lots requiring multiple changeovers and using various hose and fitting part numbers.
• Operate computer-interfaced assembly equipment.
• Read and follow standard work directions.
• Work as a team with other assemblers and Polyhose employees.
• Improve assembly performance and efficiency through thoughtful ideas.
• Work efficiently, completing many different tasks.
• Safely follow standard work instructions.
• Understand each assembly process, including setup procedures.
• Demonstrate desire and willingness to perform different tasks.
