We are seeking a skilled and motivated ESPRIT Programmer to join our growing team and contribute to our success through expert CNC programming and machining.

Job Summary :

The ESPRIT Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines using ESPRIT CAM software . This role requires deep knowledge of machining practices, materials, and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT CAM software.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and / or lathes to produce precision parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
