to lead studio operations, drive membership growth, and inspire a high-performing team.

Position : General Manager

Location : Greenwich, CT

Base Salary :

$52,000-$58,000 annually (based on experience)

Commission & Bonuses :

10% commission on personal sales (memberships & retail)

Uncapped

monthly and quarterly performance bonuses

What You'll Do

As the General Manager of

StretchLab Greenwich , you'll be the driving force behind our studio's success - balancing business performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction.

Lead & Inspire :

Coach, motivate, and develop your team of Sales Associates and Flexologists to achieve excellence.

Drive Growth :

Execute marketing initiatives and local outreach to grow memberships and meet sales targets.

Deliver a Premium Client Experience :

Foster a welcoming, high-energy environment where every member feels seen, supported, and inspired.

Oversee Operations :

Manage scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and KPI tracking to ensure efficient and effective studio performance.

Partner for Success :

Collaborate with Core Ventures leadership on growth strategies, process improvements, and new initiatives.

• Who You Are

We're looking for a

results-oriented, people-first leader

who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves empowering others to succeed.

1-3 years of management experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred)

Proven success in

sales, leadership, and team development

Energetic, positive, and goal-driven personality

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for

health, wellness, and personal development

Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems or AI-driven business tools a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary :

$52,000-$58,000 (based on experience)

10% Commission
