Salesforce Platform Lead

A company is looking for a Salesforce Platform Lead to guide the strategic direction and implementation of their Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions to enhance service delivery for veterans

Translate complex requirements into scalable and user-friendly Salesforce applications

Establish strategic alignment with agency goals and assess the current Salesforce environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

15 years of relevant experience in Federal IT and Agile environments

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data security models and sharing rules

Salesforce Certified Platform Architect or relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred
