Duties
Responsible for assisting the Regional Human Resource Administrator in directing the regional human resources program.
Responsible for operating human resources offices that include local labor management negotiations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, staffing (interviewing, and pre-employment processing), workforce projections, and career counseling.
Contributes to staffing functions, scheduling and conducting interviews and preparing request for security clearances.
Responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Master Agreement in order to advise human resources staff on grievances, resolving labor management disputes and management responsibilities.
