Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee stock distribution and inventory counts across multiple North Texas sleep lab locations.
- Conduct weekly and quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate root causes of discrepancies and support corrective action plans.
- Perform quarterly Joint Commission compliance checks and Risk Management assessments.
- Travel regularly throughout the DFW area to support multiple sites.
Qualifications
Experience using computerized inventory systems required.Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation.High school diploma or GED required.At least 1 year of inventory management experience in a multi-location environment preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform basic math functions.Working Conditions
Ability to sit, stand, walk, drive, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical inventory tasks.Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive responsibilities.Frequent travel between regional sleep lab locations.Why Join Us?
