Senior UX Design Director within the Higher Education Product Team at Pearson. Product Designers are embedded within product teams and responsible for the team’s success.
Senior UX Design Director
We seek a strategic and hands-on Senior UX Design Director with a UX / UI product portfolio rooted in innovation and growth. You should have experience shipping complex digital products in large-scale B2C and B2B ecosystems, and a track record of transformative product strategies focused on user value and product-market fit across multiple modalities such as web, mobile, voice, AI, and VR / AR.
As a tenured UX leader, you will set high standards and institutionalize best practices for UX / UI principles, data-backed user research, and UI craftsmanship within your immediate product team and the broader design organization. Please present 2–3 case studies demonstrating strategic product impact and design thinking practices.

Compensation and How to Apply
Compensation is influenced by skills, experience, and location. The pay range for this role is between $220,000 - $275,000 . This position is eligible for an annual incentive program. Benefits information is available from the employer.
