VCU School of Pharmacy invites you to apply to the Director of Student Success role. The Director of Student Success plays a pivotal role in shaping a supportive and thriving academic environment for all students. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Student Success, this leadership position oversees day-to-day operations of Student Success (OASS) and closely works with Office of Admissions, ensuring that services are delivered in full alignment with university policies and standards. The director will lead the development and implementation of student services policies, and design inclusive programming that promotes academic enrichment, professional development, and holistic support for undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. In partnership with the Associate Dean and school leadership, the Director will actively contribute to the creation and evaluation of strategic initiatives aimed at advancing student achievement and well-being across the university.
