Chemical Supervisor Position

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Chemical Supervisor to oversee chemical cleaning operations and lead teams of chemical cleaners on industrial projects throughout Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate chemical cleaning crews (5-15 workers)
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards
• Plan and execute chemical cleaning procedures and protocols
• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Monitor chemical inventory and usage
• Coordinate with project managers and client representatives
• Investigate and report any incidents or safety concerns
• Train and mentor junior staff on proper procedures
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
