• Senior AI Engineer

Build and scale our proprietary AI consensus architecture. You'll improve clinical accuracy, test variations, optimize document library usage, advance multi-modal reasoning with imaging and lab data, build real-time learning systems that adapt from physician feedback, and create specialized agents for complex chronic disease management across millions of daily consultations.

Architect the infrastructure powering millions of medical consultations while maintaining HIPAA compliance and sub-second response times. You'll build Python / FastAPI systems that seamlessly integrate EHRs and enable real-time physician handoffs at scale.

Create intuitive interfaces that make complex medical interactions feel simple. You'll build responsive experiences in React (web), Swift (iOS), and Kotlin (Android) that help patients understand their health across all platforms.
