Senior Software Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Software Support Analyst - Student.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for complex software products, prioritizing and resolving issues effectively

Act as a liaison for clients, researching and troubleshooting reported issues in a timely manner

Document issues and solutions for knowledge base use and attend training to maintain product knowledge

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Working knowledge of appropriate operating systems

Knowledge of Transact SQL programming language / SQL Enterprise Manager

Strong desire to work in a support desk environment

In-depth knowledge of relational databases SQL Server and SQL
