Healthcare Support is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Hospice for a travel nursing job in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Hospice Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 8 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours Employment Type : Travel RNs (Hospice) : Delivers direct patient care in the home hospice setting, including physical assessments, pain / symptom management, medication administration, and end-of-life support. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, timely, and holistic care tailored to each patient's plan of care. Provides patient and family education, coordinate discharge planning, and support emotional and psychosocial needs. Applies evidence-based nursing practices, document accurately, and escalate complex ethical or clinical decisions as needed. Efficiently applies HCHB EMR experience to ensure accurate and timely documentation. Required :

• 1 years of recent home hospice RN experience
• Proficient in IDG reporting and hospice admissions Preferred :
