We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Director of Nursing in daily operations
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff through daily rounds
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Monitor treatments and provide direct care as needed
- Assist in policy development and organizational planning
