Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and support for management, staff, and customers.
• Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and financial systems; process corrective actions as needed.
• Review and maintain data integrity in financial records, databases, and accounting systems. Ensure compliance with federal and Sponsor financial policies, procedures, and record-keeping standards.
• Process payments, reimbursements, and accounting transactions for various financial operations.
• Provide guidance on financial policies, procedures, and complex accounting issues to staff and customers.
• Act as liaison between finance users and system developers to resolve technical and process issues.
• Conduct testing and generate reports for financial systems; analyze system interactions with accounting data.
• Research financial regulations and resolve routine financial issues using system data.
• Deliver training, user support, and communicate system updates and procedural changes.

Qualifications

Salary Range USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 / Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
