Retail Sales Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

This position is for our New Store coming to Weslaco, TX in November of 2025.  Training for this position will be at our McAllen store location.

Your role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience and fostering a culture of exceptional customer care at every store location.

• Ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere, delivering a clean retail experience, effective communication, policy adherence, issue resolution and participating in training programs.
