Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Cloud Lead with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and CRM architecture. This role requires hands-on engineering, system design, and leadership within enterprise-level Salesforce environments, preferably in the banking and financial services domain.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce technical certifications (preferred).
- Experience within banking or financial services (preferred).

Data quality , data migration design, and integration strategies.Expertise in designing and developing enterprise-level components with strong SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and integration background.Proven experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using APIs or integration platforms.Technical proficiency in :Salesforce SFDC, Force.com
Java, JavaScript, XMLExtensive hands-on experience with :Apex APIs, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers
Implementation of Salesforce orgs from scratchVisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurationsApex Web Services, AppExchange deployments, and s-controlsStrong capability to define system architecture, identify business / technical gaps, and deliver scalable CRM solutions.Additional Salesforce experience in :Workflow Alerts & Actions
Approval ProcessesProgramming exposure in :J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle
Strong background in data migration , data cleansing, and integration.Roles & Responsibilities
Execute quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) for solution validation.Perform hands-on development and enhancements on existing Salesforce implementations.Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Manage strong relationships with business teams, end clients, and internal stakeholders.Lead onsite-offshore collaboration to ensure smooth execution and delivery.Provide detailed project and program status reporting to leadership teams.Participate in workshops with business and IT, presenting solutions and architectural approaches.Ensure best practices, coding standards, and optimal performance across Salesforce environments.Managerial / Soft Skills
