Job descriptionElicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in the form of BRDs and FRDs. Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Conduct impact assessments, process mapping, and gap analysis to support solution design. Validate solutions through UAT planning, test case development, and issue resolution. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven expertise in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications. Solid Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management. Excellent prioritization, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Project Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead projects focused on customer communications for cable and mobile customers, including email and SMS initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from definition through implementation—while ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, write detailed documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Product Ownership
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, drive milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate grooming sessions to refine requirements and set priorities.
- Establish effective communication plans and provide daily direction to project resources.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective change management practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, status reports, and budgets.
