Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline

Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in product innovation or manufacturing

Experience with core enterprise platforms such as PLM, MES, and advanced analytics tools

Strong background in change management and organizational upskilling

Ability to connect digital initiatives to measurable improvements in innovation and operations
