The RCM Supervisor (Outbound scheduling) - Remote position will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Consolidated Scheduling Team - Outbound. This team is responsible for outbound patient phone calls related to scheduling patient appointments when new referrals are received. This team serves as the first point of contact with Hanger Clinic patients.

Your Impact

Review daily and monthly performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are being met

• Collaborate with regional and line management to provide seamless interface with patients and external customers
• Ensure staffing decisions and staff development actions support operational success
• Work with Directors of Operations and others on process improvement for the RCM consolidated teams
• Provide strategic and tactical input to future RCM administrative function consolidations

Pay range of $24.51 - $36.53 + 8% annual bonus. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
