Join a growing Spindle Repair Division where your mechanical aptitude and bearing know-how are put to work on top-tier CNC machine spindles. You’ll assemble, repair, and build complex spindle systems inside a very clean, temperature-controlled, cleanroom environment designed for ultra-precision work.

What your day could look like

• Start with incoming job reviews and plan the build or repair route for each spindle.
• Support disassembly as needed and perform thorough part preparation and inspection.
• Execute bearing measurements, fitment, and preload adjustments to tight tolerances.
• Assemble and build spindles in the cleanroom, following documented procedures.
• Document your work using Microsoft Office to capture steps, measurements, and outcomes.
• Occasionally handle local driving for parts, deliveries, or vendor / customer support.
• Pitch in on continuous improvement and other activities that fuel the unit’s growth.
