Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 Based on Experience

What will the Business Analyst do?
Partner with internal teams to identify and implement process and system improvements across core and supporting business applicationsGather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and operational refinementsDraft user stories and technical specifications to guide IT development and operationsFacilitate stakeholder sessions to capture business needs and define prioritiesSupport backlog management and collaborate with IT to ensure successful delivery of enhancementsCreate and maintain process documentation including SOPs, workflows, and user guidesAssist in the rollout of new system features, ensuring clarity, alignment, and user adoptionProvide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency through technologyEnsure compliance with company security and regulatory policiesMaintain a positive and engaging work environment through empathetic communication and collaborationAdhere to company standards and support cross-departmental initiativesWhat the company needs in a Business Analyst :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or Associate's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experienceStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint preferredIndustry experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare is desirableFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and writing user stories is preferredBonus Points :
