REQUIRED SKILLS

• PMP, IIBA, or Prosci Change Management certification preferred
• Salesforce System Administrator certification highly desirable
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT service delivery, or system implementation with strong knowledge of analysis and design standards
• Proven experience in change management and increasing user adoption of new systems
• Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and admin configuration is highly desirable
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus
• Skilled in Jira or similar agile project tools, including ticket
