About the Team :
Join a collaborative finance team dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. We partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance across dynamic, technology-driven environments. The team is focused on global cloud subscription data management process enablement and strategy.
Role Overview :
As a Process Owner for Finance within the SPM, OSM, IB / OKS space, you will champion process improvements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure our finance workflows are standardized, compliant, and efficient. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful change by optimizing operations and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary owner of some subscription management processes
Document, standardize, and ensure compliance of processes with regulations and company policies.
Identify and implement efficiency enhancements and best practices in finance workflows.
Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement and system upgrades.
Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business teams to align workflows and provide training.
Ensure processes meet audit standards and internal controls, mitigating risk.
Develop and report on KPIs to track efficiency and process effectiveness.
Required Skills :
In-depth knowledge of finance principles, processes, and systems.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Oracle Quote to Cash process.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on innovation.

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Deal Management, OAL, OCI, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Quote to Order and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing and process management, also to drive automation and simplification projects. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding proposed to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and / or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
