Description and Requirements
First Shift
Warehouse
- Train, supervise, and coordinate warehouse staff and activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Manage the receiving, inspection, storing, and shipping of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and deliveries.
Inventory Management
Drive 3PL to oversee accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories, manage stock levels, and handle discrepancies.Safety and Compliance
Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.Process Improvement
Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Communication and Collaboration
Liaise with other departments (e.g., procurement, transportation) to align operations with broader company goals and ensure smooth workflows.Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse documentation, such as manifests, stock cards, and inventory reports.Communication
Close communication with internal customers to prioritize the shipments and work with manufacturing to correct send the material to the linesBasic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations3+ years of management experiencePreferred Qualifications
