Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize personalized customer journeys for various lifecycle stages
Operate HubSpot hands-on, managing segmentation, templating, and delivery governance
Define and measure lifecycle stages and triggers while reporting on key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing with a focus on revenue outcomes
Expert-level experience with HubSpot or similar ESP, including complex segmentation
Strong analytics skills with proficiency in Amplitude and Looker
Experience collaborating with data teams for email personalization and audience sync
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and dynamic email rendering
