As a construction Assistant Superintendent, you are responsible for assisting in the coordination and supervision of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a combination of knowledge and skills to support the Superintendent and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Communication :

• Stakeholder Communication : Knowledge of effective communication practices to provide updates, address inquiries, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively within a construction team, including the Superintendent, project team, and contractors.
• Contractor Relations : Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to coordinate orders and deliveries.

Preferred Education and Experience :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience : 2+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent or related roles in the construction industry.
