Job Description
Executive Director- Mental Health
An outpatient mental health facility is currently searching for an Executive Director to lead their team. This is a beautiful new facility offering IOP and PHP services specializing in mood, thought, and personality disorders. The owner is very supportive while also providing great autonomy in this role.
Responsibilities of the Executive Director- Mental Health :
- Lead the team with the coordination of the clinical and programmatic aspects of the IOP & PHP programs
- Implement and maintain the merger of billing and programming
- Continue the growth of the company and build on future projects
