Title : Employee Experience Visual Designer
Summary
The Employee Experience team is focused on enabling employees across the Services business to do their life’s best work.
We are looking for a creative designer who is an excellent storyteller, proficient at visually communicating complex concepts with simple, engaging designs.
This person will be responsible for the creation of learning and development content, working closely with the Employee Experience team, and wider learning and development stakeholders across Services.
Key Qualifications
Minimum requirements
Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote and other design tools.
Experienced in presentation design.
Fluent across graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration.
Strong command of visual and communication design principles.
Clear and concise communication and organization skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at once with extreme attention to detail.
Motivated and driven, collaborates well to solve complex problems with simple solutions.
Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
Ability to create work under minimal supervision, take direction well, and package and present solutions to the wider team quickly and beautifully.
