Project Architect
Position Overview : The Project Architect is responsible for leading the planning, designing, and coordination of the overall project from inception to completion.
The Project Architect will be a key part of the design team in the development of projects, producing construction documents, preparing drawings, and presenting design concepts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design process from conception to completion
- Design and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions
- Produce drawings and documents to communicate plans
- Perform design reviews and check plans for accuracy
- Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and local regulations
- Manage the preparation of permits, CC&R's, and submittals
- Review, analyze, and modify existing designs
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and construction
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and 3D modeling
- Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, permits, CC&Rs, and submittals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently
- High attention to detail and quality
