Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized Brand & Advertising Activation Manager to lead the execution of our mid-funnel brand and product advertising campaigns and evolve how we support financial advisors with local advertising. This role sits at the heart of how we bring our brand to life through seamless execution, advisor enablement and partnership across teams. Working closely with our Brand & Sponsorship Strategy team, you'll focus on tactical campaign delivery, mid-funnel planning and coordination, and advisor-led activation. You'll also lead the day-to-day operations of our local advertising program - helping our advisors engage their communities through compliant, high-impact marketing. This is great for someone who thrives in execution, loves building scalable programs and has strong attention to detail.

Salary : The expected salary range for this position is $85,000-$125,000, depending on experience, skills, and market conditions.
Compensation : You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
