As a Service Manager Trainee, you'll run operations, manage people, and drive performance using data and systems—not tools. Think of it like running your own business : you'll lead a team, own the results, and continually improve how work gets done. This role is perfect for candidates who assimilate with high volume, fast paced environments that can walk into a new challenge, ask the right questions, and lead by example.

• Predictable daytime schedule – 7 : 30 AM – 6 PM
• $70‑80 K base + uncapped monthly commission
• Climate‑controlled, tech‑forward shops – tablets replace ticket printers
• 4‑week paid automotive bootcamp – we teach the cars, you bring the people skills
• Clear ladder : Trainee → Service Advisor → Shop Manager → Multi‑Unit Leader
