A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster who will manage and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and litigation to make informed decisions and resolve claims

Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution

Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Active Adjusters' licenses required in all states where claims are handled

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software
