Our Revenue Integrity team is rapidly expanding to support accurate charge capture, compliance, documentation, monitoring, analytics, training and financial sustainability across all service lines.

About the Role

As a Revenue Integrity Analyst , you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's revenue cycle. This position ensures compliance, accurate billing, and optimal reimbursement through data analysis, auditing, and collaboration with clinical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily revenue integrity activities , including charge capture and compliance monitoring.
• Research topics for revenue integrity education and training programs.
• Conduct reviews and present findings for corrective action.
• Collaborate with CDM Management teams to maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) and workflows.
• Support and maintain reporting on charge capture activities and CDM updates.
• Monitor regulatory changes at national, state, and local levels; tailor programs accordingly.
• Serve as a resource for organizational and operational matters related to revenue integrity.
• Track and report initiatives , including status and reimbursement outcomes.
