Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Leadership & Supervision (45%)

• Directly supervise CMP Marketing staff : interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily / weekly priorities to align with site and corporate objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, recognize achievements, and take corrective or disciplinary action when necessary (including conflict resolution and termination when appropriate).
• Build a high-performance, motivated, and professional team culture that drives results.

Performance Management & Reporting (30%)

Operational Oversight (20%)

Other Duties (5%)

Minimal travel required.
